Tenambit | bathroom and laundry renovation
Renovating a second toilet and laundry space, into a beautiful second bathroom and contained laundry.
One of our client's from Tenambit, New South Wales, wanted a simple renovation to their existing 2nd toilet & laundry area. Originally the 2nd toilet & laundry shared the same room just off from the living room. This was a frequently utilised space, but given the floor size of the area it was completely inefficient.
The plan was to split the laundry and second toilet room in half. Access from the living room would go direct to the now bathroom, consisting of basin, toilet and glass frameless shower screen. From the bathroom you could easily access the laundry through a sliding door.
Not only did this project improve the utility of the 2nd toilet, which now had become an entire second bathroom. It also better compartmentalised the laundry area off to the side. The laundry still had more than enough room to access and store all the usual things such as vacuums, cleaning materials, dryer, washing machine and basin etc.
At the end of this project the client was so happy with our price, schedule, communication and results, that they later had us renovate their living room and upstairs bedrooms too.
