When thinking about renovating your kitchen, there can be several inhibiting factors which may affect the overall flow, and design of a kitchen. 

Windows, walls, and doors are the main offenders, and sometimes people can't seem to see past these obstacles to achieve the kitchen that they want.

This kitchen had 3 doorways, 2 windows to work around from the existing 1970's kitchen "L" shape layout.

We were able to fill in a window, replace the other remaining sliding window, with a bi-fold window which opens out onto a deck.

We also filled in an existing doorway where the fridge is now located and created a new entry point for the kitchen, to suit the layout.

The only limitations for these type of builds is the size of your imagination!
