Newcastle | complete heritage home renovation

4 Level Heritage townhouse: kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, outdoor storage & showers, repairs & extensions.

Starting towards the end of 2016 this project spanned over several months and was complete by mid 2017. Our client from Newcastle, New South Wales, spared no expense on this project, as the project included:

  • Two kitchen renovations
  • Two bathroom renovations
  • Two ensuite extensions
  • An outdoor storage and showering area.
  • Repairs and maintenance to the exterior of the builder and interiors of all 4 bedrooms.

Given it was a heritage listed property, all renovations had to be completed by the book. This meant that heritage colours, fittings and fixtures were to be compliant with heritage property requirements. When it comes to renovating a heritage listed home, using an experienced, licensed builder isn't just a smart thing to do financially, it also provides you with peace of mind, knowing that an expert who understands the requirements, is in control of heritage home renovation.

The stresses of renovating your home, let alone a heritage listed property can cause you nightmares and unnecessary stress. As licensed builders, we understand the requirements, we already know the best solutions to the problems and we give you peace of mind on your home renovation projects.

Given it was a moderately long project, we stayed in constant communication with the client. Keeping them up to date every step of the way. A renovation this extensive and this technical requires a lot of trust and constant communication between us and the client. We honour that trust and work hard at the relationship we build during a project.

By the end of this project, we had kept the character and charm of a classic, heritage town house, while managing to blend in modern day luxuries.
